As promised, here are my comments for the Yoga retreat:
With almost no Yoga experience, I struggled when I joined Franziska's retreat last year. However, she gave
yoga instructions with clarity, patience, sensitivity, explanations and passion to help her students improve.
Coupled with meditation in the morning, I feel my mind is more calm and I am happier overall, and I am
thankful for that. This was, why i returned again this year for another session, and even brought a friend along.
Besides, Prana Dewi was such a lovely place - fantastic organic vegetarian food, charming bungalows with
modern facilities, friendly staff, fine weather, and away from the crouds - peaceful & calm environment....

first i must thank Khailin for introducing me to this wonderful retreat.....
i have enjoyed and learnt a lot from your classes. your instructions were concise and easy to
follow. you were sensitive to the different abilities of the students, encouraging those who are
less experienced to try out new poses but with care, so as not to overdo and injure themselves.
for the more experienced students, you helped them deeper into the pose and corrected their
mis-alignments. you always have a assuring smile and kind word for us, which was great
morale booster, especially when we were struggling in the pose.
the pranayama,qi-gong breathing and meditation in the morning was a nice way to start the
day. i felt calm and my mind was more focused.
next the food. it was simply delicious. I'm not a vegetarian but guess what, i always looked forward
to the next meal in Prana Dewi. it's amazing how the kitchen staff could make vegetarian meals
so yummy!
