In the healthy and quiet environment of our Mountain Resort, Yoga retreats will give the best results for your overall well being during your Bali vacations.

Guest teachers are welcome to perform their various retreats here, such as Yoga, Chi Gong, Tai Chi and Meditation.

We offer Iyengar Style Yoga retreats for beginners and experienced students once a month for 3 or 6 days. Our teachers show a long yoga and teaching practice. During the Yoga retreats experienced students can reach higher knowledge and awareness in their yoga practice and beginners will get the right instructions to start savely the path of yoga. Delicious organic vegetarian food is served to support your yoga and health.

The Yoga day starts early with Health Meditation, followed by Pranayama (breathing exercise) and the Asana-class (poses). The afternoon class will concentrate on restaurative poses.
